About
Dr. Hase is originally from Japan and he and his family moved to Georgia when he was young. After graduating from the University of Georgia, he joined Teach For America and became a high school teacher in Washington, DC. He then attended Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He completed his OBGYN residency Detroit Medical Center at Wayne State University.
He obtained his board certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He and his wife reside in Phoenix, AZ. He enjoys traveling, working out, snowboarding, and trying new restaurants.
